Welcome to Stromberg-Schindeldorf Golf Club

Stromberg Golf Club is just 12 kilometres away. Just cross the Rhine on the ferry and you're practically there. This 18-hole course lies in unspoilt natural surroundings in the Hunsrück Nature Park. Magnificent views into the hilly country of Rhinehessen, across the Nahe valley all the way to the Donnersberg, are enough to make a golfer's heart leap for joy. Here you will find tranquillity, recreation and a sporting challenge – and some demanding golf.

A great place to meet: Wiesbaden Golf Club

Anyone who plays here will immediately sense the tradition at Germany’s oldest golf club. The stream that meanders through the grounds, the trickily undulating greens well protected by bunkers, and the ancient tree population including some majestic solitary giants, call for accurate play on this special 9-hole course. Embedded in a wonderful landscape and lined with woodland, the Wiesbaden golf club is referred to by golfers as a veritable jewel in the Rhine-Main area. The course is 26 kilometres from the Hotel Im Schulhaus.

Good news if you have a tough match on: almost all the holes on this 18-hole course are lined with refreshing woodland. Superb views and the challenging course design are enough to make anyone enthuse. No two holes are alike. Each one wins you over with a character all its own. Many players say their first round was a real challenge. Yet whether you’re here for a stopover or a long stay – nearly everyone who has played here comes back. The distance to the Hotel Im Schulhaus is 27 kilometres.
