Cancellation policy

Individual reservations up to 3 rooms:
Cancellations in a written form, up to 3 days before arrival, are free of charge.
Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged with 90% of the agreed rate.
Minimum lenght of stay on weekends from April-October: 2-3 nights.
For reservations of more than 5 rooms special cancellation policies apply - communicated in detail in our offers / confirmations.

Please note, that we're accepting cancellation (only in a written form) up to 14 days before arrival - free of charge.
Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged with 90% of the agreed package price.
