Our hotel is located just a few steps from the trail access points, making it the perfect base for unforgettable hiking experiences. A small gift awaits you upon arrival: the World Heritage Atlas is a useful companion through the Middle Rhine Valley. Discover local festivals and events, and browse sports and leisure tips the region has to offer.

A visit to the information centre at the Niederwald Monument high above Rüdesheim am Rhein is highly recommended. You can also enjoy a well-earned break at the “Am Niederwald” restaurant, serving regional cuisine with a fantastic view over the Rhine.

Something very special is the visitor / information center at the Niederwald monument high above Rüdesheim - it's definitely worth a visit. Have lunch in the restaurant "Am Niederwald" - with good food and fantastic views over the Rhine. You decide what time you're going to have lunch there (only Mondays - Fridays). Please note the opening hours of the restaurant "Am Niederwald".

Dinner
We are a bed and breakfast and offer a generous breakfast buffet. Our local restaurant partners will take care of your dinner. All establishments are within easy walking distance of the hotel. The cuisine is prepared with a love for the region. You can find a list of all nearby wineries and restaurants on our website here.

For the sake of our environment
As part of our cooperation with VIABONO, we offer our dear guests, the possibility to make your overnight stay climate neutral with us. That does not cost you more than 0,45 € / night / person, the whole amount goes into an environmental project. Thus, you can actively contribute to making our hotel a complete climate-neutral accommodation business. All information on climate-neutral accommodation can be read here. 

Cancellation of package offers:
Please note, that we're accepting cancellation in a written form free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged with 90% of the agreed package price. Minimum lenght of stay 2-3 nights on weekends (April to October).

Tourism Tax
Since 1 July 2021, the town of Lorch am Rhein has been charging a tourism tax of € 2 per night per person (aged 18 and over) for private leisure stays. This fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged upon arrival.
