Hotel opening from 15th May, 2020

10.05.2020 – Finally, life returns to our (school) house.
On May 15th the time has come. We look forward to welcoming you here.
Much will be as you are used to. But so that we are all on the safe side and you can enjoy your vacation without worries, there are a few innovations to consider. You owe the current situation. The new "Corona Contact and Operating Restriction Ordinance" was approved by the Hessian state government and is expected to apply until June 5. Let us treat the official instructions with respect - always in view of the fact that all of this is primarily for our safety.
Together we can do it! We wish you relaxing days with us in Lorch.

Breakfast

In the breakfast area in our winter garden, a maximum of one person per started area of 5 square meters is open to the public.
There is a minimum seat distance of 1.5 meters. This minimum distance does not apply between people who belong to their own household or who are agreed to visit the hotel as members of another household with the former.
You will be seated by our breakfast fairies, there is no free choice of seats.
In order to slow down the activity in the breakfast area, we reserve the right to give you a breakfast time. Please inquire at the reception the day before.

Rooms

Our standard hygiene measures have been drastically increased due to the pandemic.
The room cleaning, as we are used to, is carried out very carefully. All employees have been repeatedly taught and specially trained for this.
After departure, all surfaces in the room are also disinfected.
For your safety, expendable materials (bedspreads, decorative pillows, etc.) that cannot be washed off have been removed.
Instead of the room folders there is washable information material with all the information on the desk.

Public spaces

Stays in public space are only permitted on their own, with another person or together with the relatives of their own household and another household.
All hotel employees and guests are obliged to wear a mouth-and-nose cover in the public areas (reception, hotel corridor - and lobby).
Please also note the notices on the necessary clearance and hygiene measures in the hotel.
You are of course free to use our elevator. Please enter it alone or accompanied by your partner / family.
Our winter garden and terrace are also available outside of breakfast. You can use the wine and beverage refrigerator as usual. Please note the above-mentioned minimum seat spacing regulations.

Payment

We offer contactless payment in advance (please ask for information in advance) or on arrival via EC card, VISA, MASTER.
