01.04.2019 – "RheinLeuchten" - starts at Easter and brings the entire world heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley to shine!
On the Easter holidays from 18 to 22 April, the Unesco World Hertiage Valley shines from Rüdesheim to Koblenz.
In Lorch the illumination begins at 8 pm at the KD Kiosk "Rheinblick" into Rheinuferstraße with light art installations at the boules court. On the green at the Rhine River between boules court and KD kiosk installations are set up that tell of old stories. On every evening, from Thursday 18th to Easter Monday 22nd April, the KD kiosk offers a small service.

The newly opened cultural and landscape park on the Loreley is also illuminated by the glow of the Rhine. The exciting Light Art Festival transforms the park into an impressive backdrop that expresses the myth of Loreley in a whole new way. Impressive lighting effects and rousing musical staging enchant the audience.
